You will need to:

  • please provide us with your contract for review.

 

After Contract Execution.

 

We will:

  • provide critical updates

  • be available to answer any questions

  • give you full details of the sale

  • give you a handy checklist of items you need to provide

  • confirm all items included in the sale of the property

  • arrange settlement details with the buyer’s conveyancer

  • advise you of settlement time and location.

 

You will need to:

  • please read the correspondence that we prepare for you,

  • please complete the necessary instructions and other relevant paperwork, and

  • deliver all keys/remotes etc. to the agent.

 

At Settlement.

 

We will :      

  • discuss settlement figures with you

  • arrange and attend the settlement meeting on your behalf

  • personally advise you when settlement has occurred

  • officially confirm settlement in writing

 

You will need to:      

  • arrange removalists

  • organise disconnection and reconnection of utilities, and

  • change your address, where appropriate.
